making disciples together
At Grace Bible Church, we are committed to exalting Christ, equipping the saints for ministry, and engaging the world with the gospel of Jesus. We do that as individuals, as a Body of believers, and through partnerships with organizations who share our mission of making disciples of all nations. These are a few of the long-term partners whom we have relationships with and serve alongside year after year.
TTLM is passionate about equipping people with what they need to achieve their life’s greatest potential and guiding them as they identify and remove the major barriers holding them back.
Their mission zeros in on cultivating HOPE and introducing people to TRUE LIFE in Christ. Three key non-negotiables guide their perspective:
1. Communicating the Gospel in a language that makes sense.
2. Engaging the community in making a difference.
3. Focusing on strategies that transform family trees.
The Pregnancy Help Center and Safe Haven is a locally funded, non-profit ministry for families experiencing crisis pregnancy. PHC began out of a heart to see unborn lives saved both physically and spiritually. We are proud to partner with PHC and Safe Haven to provide young women and men the means and skills necessary to bring a child into the world and to share with them the saving gospel of Christ.
Faith in Action of Brazosport is an ecumenical organization in the Brazosport area designed to help meet the needs of the elderly, disabled and chronically ill by providing volunteer labor and materials for home repair and maintenance.
Through camps and projects, Youth and Adults come together to help those in our community maintain homes as well as building wheelchair ramps, install handrails, and other things necessary so that they can remain in their homes.
Through Faith in Action – you can connect with people who have real needs…whose names you’ll learn…whose lives you’ll impact in Jesus’ name.
Founded in 2002, SOS Ministries is a Christian non-profit organization which seeks to provide humanitarian aid and biblical training to all those in need, focusing on the people of Uganda. Shannon Hurley founded SOS Ministries after seeing the overwhelming physical and spiritual needs of the Ugandan people.
In 2002, Shannon graduated from The Masters Seminary and in early 2006 relocated his family to Uganda to more effectively serve the people. Initially operating a Christ-focused orphanage in the Kampala suburb of Mukono, Shannon became increasingly convinced that God had other plans for his ministry, as He opened a door to strengthen the Church through Biblical Training. In early 2009, As Shannon’s Biblical Training ministry continued to expand to meet the great need for clear teaching and training (Hosea 4:6), Shannon relocated the ministry to Luweero, two hours north of Kampala in a remote jungle. From this base, SOS could be among the people and pastors they desire to impact.
